MAIN STAGE ONLY — we are not covering the side tents this year.
Night 1 — doors 4:00 PM, headliner 9:40 PM (75 min)
Night 2 — doors 2:00 PM, headliner 9:15 PM (90 min, pyro cues)
Night 3 — doors 2:00 PM, headliner 10:00 PM (closing set + encore)
Crew splits into two units. A-unit is stage-side with Elena on the pit rail (three-song limit, then we rotate to the sound tower). B-unit is Umbra's — crowd, campground, and the walk-up, which is the footage the last two recaps were missing.
Everything offloads nightly at the compound before anyone sleeps. No cards leave site.
- Photo + video credentials for 6 (hard passes)
- Pit access confirmed with festival production — 3-song rule
- Drone permit — DENIED, cut the aerials from the treatment
- Second-unit plan — crowd, campground, walk-up
- Archival pull — last two editions, cleared for reuse
- Offload station + media runner in the artist compound
Walked the grounds Tuesday. Sun sets behind the main stage — the 7:30 slot is the good one.
— Post & Delivery
1× recap film — 5:30–6:30, festival's channels + our reel
3× 60s social cutdowns — one per night
6× vertical clips (9:16, burned-in captions)
ProRes 422 HQ masters, 24fps, Rec.709. Verticals graded from the same master — no separate pass.
Music is cleared for the headliners only. Anything from the support slots needs a second clearance, so flag it in the assembly rather than cutting to it and hoping.
Stills pulled off the night-one cards for the socials team.
- Nightly offload + proxies before wrap
- Assembly of all three nights
- Umbra archival + B-unit handover
- Festival review pass — one round of notes
- Grade, mix, and vertical cutdowns
